The vines are cultivated on sea sands, shaped by the wind and rain like dunes, heated by the summer sun to become inaccessible. I decided to plant and cultivate only native Sicilian vines, such as Frappato,Nero d'Avola and Grillo, and to vinify them enhancing the peculiarities of the soil and the climate, which guarantees important temperaturevariations; all this translates into a marked sapidity and minerality,in enveloping perfumes and in a great elegance.

THE PROCESSING IN THE VINEYARD
Every year we cover hundreds kilometers, in the sun or in the rain, enlivened by the passion.
We are firmly convinced that to produce a great wine be essential to invest in the care of vines.
For these reasons we take care vine one by one. All sensitive operations are done by hand.
We think that only healthy vines, in a perfect balance, give us significant results.
On all wines we have decided to not use selected yeasts to start the fermentation.
We are looking for the highest identity with the wine grape variety.
We do a careful selection of the grape and every parcel is vinificated separately, to enhance all potentials.
We do not subject the wines to stabilization or filtration processes in order to maintain their organoleptic characteristics unaltered.
They are eight and each tells his story.
There is the ones tells of the sea of Sicily and what with its aromas you remember the scents. There is the ones he wants to be anti-conformist, who wants to impose to the attention for what he is, not for how others would it. Then there are those who have so many potentials that enclosing them all in a bottle is impossible. And finally there is the ones he tells of my son.
